Information you supply to us is used for the following:
Assisting you in finding a new position
Keeping you updated with any positions that are relevant to your stated preferences
Keeping you updated with any company updates, for example alerts to inform that our offices are closed certain dates over the Christmas period
Whether it’s bringing in a hardcopy of your CV or sending this to us via our online portal, we will only use it in ways which you are aware of.
Your CV will only be used in our Guildford offices and when submitting said CV to our clients, we will confirm this with you beforehand.
Your CV and preferences can be updated at any time via the online portal in which you should have a password for, if not please do get in contact and a password reset can be sent over to the email address you have supplied us with.
CV's/personal data will be held onto indefinitely until candidates state that they are no longer seeking work. When we are informed, details will then be archived and kept in the archived for up to 2 years. Please note, details can be fully removed before the 2 year mark by request.
Once you are added to our online portal, you will begin receiving job alerts relevant to your preferences. If you would no longer like to receive these alerts, please email us at email@example.com
and we can remove this setting from your account.
Other ways we may contact you regarding new roles which are relevant to you will be via telephone calls, texts or direct emails. Again, if you would like to opt out of any of these, please do let us know firstname.lastname@example.org
You have the right to request a copy of the information supplied by you that is held on our online portal. We may request some additional identification in the process to verify that this is in fact your own information. To request any information, please contact email@example.com
