An exciting new role has arisen for candidates keen to gain experience of a Telesales Executive within a rapidly growing organisation.

This role will involve relationship building with clients both current and potential. You will be working to targets and KPI’s with an aim of increasing the customers spend through telephone calls, negotiation and follow up calls. Please note, the majority of these calls will not be cold calls but rather to clients who have previously used or are in the industry and have expressed interest in the past.

The ideal individual for this role will have previous telephone experience, be it sales, account management or customer service. They should also be keen to further their sales experience to build key relationships with clients, both current and potential.

Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Working towards individual and team targets
  • Developing new sales opportunities through calls, negotiation and follow up calls
  • Qualifying and progressing new sales leads
  • Recording any sales activity on the company CRM accurately and within a timely manner

We’d Like To Hear From You If:

  • You have previous telephone experience, be it sales or customer service
  • You are driven and self-motivated
  • You have a confident persona – This role will involve following up leads and calling potential clients from the company’s CRM
  • You are highly organised
  • You have excellent customer service skills

  • Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
