Our client, a Technology Solutions and Services company, based in Farnham, are looking for a Second Line Support Engineer to join their well-established team. 

They are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with experience in managing, troubleshooting and deploying the following:  

  • Active Directory & Windows 2008 -2016 Server 
  • Hyper-V 
  • Exsi 5.0+ 
  • Exchange Server 2010 – 2016 
  • Windows Desktop 7 / 8 /10 - install, configure & support 
  • Remote Desktop Services & App-V 
  • Cisco Firewalls and Switches 
  • Autotask or connectwise service management system 
  • RMM systems (maxForcus Pref)
  • Experience of working on an IT helpdesk - Minimum 2 years 
  • Good communication skills – written and verbal 
  • Hardworking, dedicated, proactive, ambitious and a team player 
  • Experience of working with Office 365, Windows server, Microsoft exchange, networking hardware and software, virtualization backups, antivirus, hosted voice platforms and connectivity.

  • Normal working hours are Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 6pm - There will be some need for being on-call
