Based in Cranleigh, this manufacturing company are searching for a Sales Administrator to join their team. The ideal individual for this role will have previous administrative experience and the confidence to be supporting a busy sales team, along with a driving license and car due to company location.

 

We’d Love To Hear From You If:

  • You have previous experience within an administrative role, preferably sales admin/sales support
  • You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • You have a confident persona with the ability to converse with customers on a daily basis
  • You are IT literate
  • You are highly organised and work accurately

 

Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Answering calls and emails from customers dealing with any queries, passing over to the sales team if needed
  • Taking card payments over the phone and dealing with returns
  • Ensuring all orders have the correct details such as prices, discounts and delivery details
  • Maintaining the customer database, updating records and ensuring these are accurate
  • Producing sales invoices
