This international game company, with an office based in Woking, are looking for a Sales Administrator for a maternity cover contract initially, with the opportunity for a permanent contract.

The Sales Administrator will have the following responsibilities;

  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints, via telephone and email
  • Resolving customer issues by organising replacements/missing parts etc
  • Filing for the department
  • Order processing
  • Supporting the sales team
  • Managing the catalogue mail outs
  •  Updating social media
  • Posting samples to customers
  • Ordering of office stationary
  • Organising accommodation for the sales team
  • Taking part in the London and Birmingham trade shows
  • Liaising with the finance department
  • Fielding cold calls

We would like to hear from you for this Sales Administrator role if you have the following experience/skills;

  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
  • An outgoing and confident personality
  • Great attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken
  • The ability to work well under pressure

Salary £18-£22,000 pa
