Office Manager

Our client is a growing FMCG company based in Guildford are looking for a bright, articulate and enthusiastic Office Manager to join their team.

The Office Manager’s Responsibilities;

  • Day to day management of the office
  • Processing orders
  • Invoice generating and chasing of payments
  • Dealing with customer and supplier queries via phone calls and emails
  • Completing customer forms
  • Assisting with posting on Social Media platforms
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Greeting guests, making tea/coffee etc

Experience and personality;

  • Strong word and excel skills
  • Experience of order processing (essential)
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Good organisation skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
