This IT managed service organisation is looking for a Junior Service Desk Engineer to join their Guildford based team. As this is a Junior position training will be given.
Due to the location of the Guildford office, you would need to be a car driver/owner.
Main duties and responsibilities
- To provide cloud and infrastructure support
- Using core technologies, such as Office 365, Windows Server, Azure AD, Dropbox, Egnyte
- Assisting senior engineers, working on escalated service tickets.
- On completion of probation period the candidate will be periodically working onsite at a prestigious client in central London.
Knowledge, skills and experience:
- Great customer service skills
- Good communication skills, written and oral
- Experience of working in a IT support role
- Network troubleshooting
- Experience of using Autotask or Connectwise Service Management (not essential)
