Our client is seeking an HR Administrator with a confident persona and excellent communication skills to join their team based in Godalming. Due to rural location, the chosen candidate will be a driver. 

We'd Love To Hear From You If:

  • You have a confident persona and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written as a key part of this role will be conversing with clients at all levels
  • You have previous experience within a similar HR role
  • You have experience working within a fast-paced environment and the ability to work accurately and to tight deadlines
  • You have knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and emails


Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Data entry for new clients and ensuring all existing client data is accurate. Part of your role will be keeping this database updated
  • Preparing documents such as employment contracts, offer letters and termination notices to name but a few
  • Advertising of new roles online, reviewing CV applications, liaising with agencies, arranging interviews to be carried out
  • Assisting with updating of employee handbooks
  • Supporting the HR team with any other duties as required
