Customer Service Representative

Our client, an online training company based in Farnham, is looking for a Customer Services Representative to join their team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative:

  • Dealing with all customer enquiries via email, phone, social and chatroom, regarding invoicing, products, service questions and company information.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing professional customer support and resolutions promptly, following company communication procedures and guidelines.
  • Keeping up to date and knowledgeable on the company’s products and services.
  • Managing customer enquires using email management and case management tools, to ensure that they are followed up and resolved.
  • Meeting team and individual target goals.
  • Providing feedback on processes and procedures and suggesting improvements where necessary.
  • Maintaining a professional relationship with customers, with a positive and empathetic attitude.


The Customer Service representative will:

  • Good communications skills; oral and written, as well as excellent listening skills.
  • Be able to work on own initiative, with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Have the ability to work well under pressure and multi-task.
  • Have great customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Be able to organise and prioritise workload.


Additional Desired Skills

  • Experience of working with an email management system - experience of Salesforce would be an advantage.
  • Experience of working within a customer service team and providing phone support in a call-centre environment
