Our Woking based client, a market leading Risk and Reward company are currently seeking a Client Services Administrator to join their established and tight knit team. The chosen individual will have previous experience of an admin focused role, ideally within either a financial services company or a human resource support function. Good general IT skills are required, along with excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.

The primary responsibilities for this role will be:

  • To provide administrative support to consultants within the company
  • Customer service support
  • Ensuring the customer database is up to date and accurate at all times
  • Ad-hoc administrative support

 

Experience Required / Personal Qualities:

  • Experience within a similar customer services role
  • Experience within financial services or HR
  • Good general IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Educated to at least GCSE standard, with 5 passes including Mathematics and English
