Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries from clients within a timely and professional manner
- Responding to emails, passing onto the relevant member of staff
- Basic administrative duties such as scanning documentation and uploading this to the company database accurately
- Other ad hoc duties supporting different teams across the business
