Our client is looking for a bilingual (English and French) candidate to join their friendly team. The primary purpose of this role will be to provide excellent customer support and maximising new business opportunities through the professional handling of incoming sales enquiries.

We'd Like To Hear From You If:

  • You can speak both English and French to a business level
  • You have previous experience within a similar customer service/administrative role
  • You have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • You have a minimum of 5 GCSE's/equivalent, including English and Maths

 

Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Accurately inputting customer details onto databases
  • Responding to account enquiries via email or telephone
  • Other general office administrative tasks
